| I was participating of the Tin Exchange and all this is what I got from Tanya on NY. It's so wonderful everything inside. The golden thread is a new (at least for me) thread from Altin Basak, a turkish company and it's my favorite brand to tat with. It's polyester and slippery, works kinda like rayon, which I love to work with. The small white one is DMC #80 in white. I love to work with thin threads and DMC #80 has been one of my favorite for years! There's another thread that is metalic over nylon (?) that I haven't work with. It's enough to make a small motif or most likely to use it in chains. Hmm... I think I'll be testing it with some butterflies. Also there are 2 packs of beads in irridiscent rose and blue. I'm anxious to tat something with them! None the least also she added a pack of beading needles! I was in need of them! The small bookmark has a pre-embossed hat and a tatted buterfly is decorating the hat's ribbon. There's a small floral motif tatted with a button for a center in burgandy and rose. Lovely colors and motif! And the tin is so beautiful!!! It has written the word "Liberty" and some Americana style drawings. I'm keeping everything that came inside on it and already is full with other stuff. Thanks so much Tanya!!! PS: Yours will be on its way soon! I promise! |
