I was addicted to caffeine when I was a nurse and drank over 7 cups of coffee per day plus a few caffeine pills also. Later I overcome the addiction and now I drink only a cup daily, some days up to 3 but no more than that.
I drink a lot of water, but in Winter is hard to drink a lot of water because I don't get so thirsty and forget to drink it. Soda, never really like it. I can drink some Coca Cola and Fanta or Mirinda but I prefer natural juices.
