I haven't write the pattern for this one. I'll do it and post it here. But it's a very simple one to make. I used Tunisian crochet. Make a chain the wide you want and make Tunisian single crochet until you have a rectangle. Fold it like an envelope and sew sides. Then add a button or any closure to close the lap. I used a safety pin decorated with a tatted motif.
